Gov. Yahaya Bello of Kogi State has received a former Commissioner for Environment, Arc Mohammed Sule and former member of the State House of Assembly, Mrs Agnes Oziweere into the APC.
Ballo received the duo, who were former members of the PDP at his residence on Sunday in Abuja.
He said that Kogi, under APC, remained open to accommodating all citizens who are willing to contribute to Kogi’s development.
The governor said he was not surprised at their departure from a struggling party, pledging to integrate them into the progressive movement of APC.
The governor emphasised that APC in Kogi would continue to grow in numbers.
He cited the achievements of his administration and his commitment to providing good governance for the people.

Earlier, Mohammed, a former acting Chairman of PDP, praised the governor for his remarkable achievements across the state.
He noted the construction of the Ganaja flyover and other infrastructure developments as evidence of good governance.
He further commended the governor for his unwavering dedication, patriotism, and selflessness in defending the state by addressing long-standing insecurity issues.
The former PDP member said he would support the APC Candidate, Mr Ododo Usman, in the November gubernatorial election.
