Ex-lawmaker inaugurates BAT ambassadors in Lagos

The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Ambassadors (BAT) has pledged to give presidential candidate of APC, ”at least one million votes” in the general elections next month.

BAT’s National Secretary, Prof. Mojeed Alabi, made the pledge during the inauguration of State, Local Governments and Ward Executives of the BAT Ambassadors, on Saturday, in Lagos.

Alabi, who is also a former Speaker of Osun State House of Assembly,  urged all Lagosians to work assiduously for the emergence of Tinubu as president in February.

Also speaking, the State Chairman of BAT,  Alhaji AbdulRahman Lekki said the group ”is committed to give Asiwaju  Bola Ahmed Tinubu at least one million votes in Lagos”.

At the inauguration ceremony attended by several dignitaries, including many national leaders of BAT Ambassadirs such as Alhaji Y. K. O. Kareem,  Alhaji Fatiu Salis and Muslim scholars from all Local Government Areas and Local Council Development Areas.

Another speaker at the event, Dr Taofiq Yekeen, stressed the need for BAT Ambassadors  to take the leadership role.

”Let us and go  all out to mobilize Nigerians to vote massively for Tinubu.

Another speaker, Sheikh Hafakala of the Tijaniyah group in Lagos State) called on members to see the movement as an act of worship.

He urged them to constantly work as Ambassadors of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
