Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) said, on Monday, it seized 699 kilogrammes of cocaine from Latin America.
Two Colombian nationals, and an EU citizen, carried the wholesale batch of drugs worth more than 2.5 billion rubles ($31 million) to Russia.
The drugs were stored in a Moscow warehouse, the FSB said in a statement.

The suspects planned to smuggle part of the cocaine to an EU country and sell the remaining part in Russia, the agency said.
FSB has launched a criminal case against the three drug dealers, who are in custody.
They face up to 20 years in prison in accordance with Russian legislation.
