Tinubu urges Christians to reflect on lesson of Easter

The president-elect, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has urged Nigerian Christians to reflect on the priceless sacrifice and limitless love of God for mankind at Easter.

Tinubu made the call in his Easter Goodwill Message on Saturday.

He enjoined Christians to emulate virtues of Jesus Christ by showing love to neighbours regardless of tongue, faith and tribe.

According to him, Easter is about renewed hope and redemption.

He added: “It symbolised the triumph of hope over despair, love over hate and condemnation, and optimism over cynicism”.
