The Lagos PDP governorship candidate, Dr Abdul-Azeez Adediran, has raised alarm over an alleged attempt to falsify the results of the Presidential and national assembly elections held on Saturday.
Adediran (Jandor) raised the alarm in a press statement issued by his media aide, Gbenga Ogunleye on Monday in Lagos.
“Any attempt to change the result of Lagos West Senatorial district will be a call for anarchy,” Jandor warns.
The result coming in, he noted, “currently is in favour of PDP”.
The candidate noted that the result of the senatorial election, “as collated by the party indicated that PDP has won by a huge margin”.
“But the ruling party is making frantic efforts to prevent the announcement of the result by Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),” he alleged.

Jandor, therefore, called on the INEC to stay true to its integrity as an unbias umpire.
He urged INEC to declare the result as it is, without yielding to intimidation.
The governorship candidate also warned the ruling APC to decisit from its plan to rig the election.
He said APC should not prevent the authorised electoral officials from declaring the results as collated by the BVAS.
Jandor charged the good people of Lagos State to stay alert and protect their votes.
He said voters should ensure that their wish, as freely expressed through their votes, is not subverted by whatever means.
