Lagos, June 21, ’25 (TNZ) An ultra-modern markets construction giants, Nehemiah Grace Developers Limited (NGDL), has received the “Africa’s Most Admired Real Estate Company” award from The African Brands Group.
TheNewsZenith reports that the award ceremony held, weekend in Lagos, was part of activities marking African Brands’ 10th Anniversary.
Stakeholders extolled the NGDL for blazing the trail in the retail market subsector of the nation’s Real Estate Industry.
NGDL’s Group Managing Director, Brig. Gen. Emico Eruwa, received the award on behalf of the company’s Executive Vice Chairman (EVC), Princess (Dr) Rosemary Osula Mku-Atu.

Eruwa described the award as a testimony of the company’s excellence and positive impact on the real estate sector of the economy.
According to him, NGDL is one of several companies that received awards in different categories.
Earlier, the Chairman of The African Brands Organizing Committee, Mr Dada Ajai-Ikhile, recalled that in the past ten years, the impact of African Brands has been profound.
It has also been expansive as It has meticulously built an ecosystem that seamlessly connects media, consulting, education, and community. (TNZ)
