The Muslim Congress (TMC), Edo State Chapter, joins the good people of Edo State to extend heartfelt felicitation to Gov. Monday Okpebholo on his electoral victory in last Saturday’s gubernatorial election.
TheNewsZenith reports that this is contain in a congratulatory letter from Waali (Head) of TMC in Edo, Alhaji Ismail Mutairu.
Mutairu routed the congratulatory letter through the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Musa Ikhilor.
“The Muslim Congress (TMC), Edo State Chapter, joins the good people of Edo State, alongside other eminent professionals and organisations, to extend our heartfelt congratulations to you on your well-deserved assumption of office as the sixth Executive Governor of our dear state.
“Your victory is a testament to your proven track record of leadership and unwavering dedication to democratic ideals. It is also an indication of your remarkable achievements in social and human capacity development.
“We are confident that your election has received widespread acceptance and hope.
“We also commend your excellent judgment in selecting Barr. Umar Musa Ikhilor and Hon. Gani Audu as the Secretary to the State Government and Chief of Staff, respectively.
“These distinguished personalities are well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to the success of your administration,” the letter read in part.

According to TMC Head, the governor’s extensive experience in financial management, talent identification and grassroots development inspired confidence in his ability to lead with vision and purpose.
“We are optimistic that your administration will prioritise an inclusive and innovative approach to governance, fostering unity, peace and the sustainable development we all desire for Edo State.”
He urged the governor to implement transformative policies that would advance the state’s economy, enhance security, improve social infrastructure and invest in human capital development.
“Leadership is a sacred trust. We are confident that you will continue to exemplify honesty, transparency, discipline and a deep sense of accountability.
“The Muslim Congress will continue to support and prayg for the success of your administration.
“We beseech the Almighty Allah to bless you abundantly, grant you wisdom and guide you in making decisions that will elevate Edo State to greater heights,” the letter, a copy of which was mailed to TheNewsZenith further read.
