A member of House of Representatives, from Badagry Constituency, Babatunde Hunpe, has mobilised 500 N-Power beneficiaries and volunteers for Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s re-election bid.
Speaking during the programme, on Tuesday, Hunpe commended the people of Badagry for voting en-mass for Sen. Bola Tinubu and other APC candidates during the Feb. 25 elections.
He said Gov. Sanwo-Olu and his deputy, Dr Kadri Hamzat, deserve the people’s support during next Saturday’s governorship election.
“Sanwo-Olu, (a.k.a ‘Mr Project’) has done so much for us in Badagry.
“And he has promised us that more developmental projects are coming.
“We have to reciprocate the good gestures by ensuring that we redouble our efforts, come March 11.
“Vote for the governor and his deputy and the two candidates of APC going to House of Assembly.
“We have not disappointed our President-elect, Senator-elect and Rep-elect; we can do it again.
“My people in N-Power and others, you have been selected for this great task of winning this election.
“Go back home, move from house-to-house, go and canvas, convince and cajole your neighbours to vote for Gov. Sanwo-Olu and all APC candidates.
“I have not been disappointed before and I believe you will make me proud.
“By this time next week, we will be meeting to celebrate the victory of all our candidates,” Hunpe said.
