A Nigerian real estate firm, Nehemiah Grace Developers Limited (NGDL), has received the ‘2024 Africa Most Valuable Brand’ in the real estate sector of the economy.

The Africa Fast Growth Brands, organisers of the event, gave the award at an elaborate ceremony, on Tuesday in Lagos.

TheNewsZenith reports that NDGL’s choice as the award winner followed a research report on it by the AFGD’s Technical Committee.

The committee rated NGDL highly for its topline organic growth for both emerging and established brands in the real estate sector.

Speaking during the ceremony, Dr Dada Ajai-Ikhile, the Chairman of the organising committee, remarked that all the 2024 awards followed painstaking research conducted over time.

Ajai-Ikhile said the committee did the job with enormous integrity and objectivity. He stressed the need for youths of our time to be more gainfully engaged in brand growth across the board.

Eruwa described the award as well-deserving, adding that the company would strive to maintain its excellence in all its operations.

NGDL boss further assured that the company would maintain its leading role in the nation’s real estate development sector.

This is, especially, related to modern markets and store construction which are its mainstay. “Work is fully ongoing in over 13 estate sites across the federation”.

TheNewsZenith also reports that 41 other corporate organisations also received awards in different categories.
