The Kogi Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has charged its newly promoted officers to double their commitment to saving lives on Nigerian highways.
TheNewsZenith reports that the Command decorated 11 newly promoted officers and 22 marshals, on Friday in Lokoja.
Mr Samuel Oyedeji, the Sector Commander, represented by the Deputy Corps Commander (DCC) S.A. Ogundayo, congratulated the personnel.
Oyedeji reminded the officers of the increased responsibilities tied to their new ranks.

“The higher the rank, the greater the responsibility,” TheNewsZenith quoted the Commander as saying.
He emphasised the Corps’ primary goal and mission, which is to save the lives of Nigerians travelling on our highways.
TheNewsZenith reports that the event was attended by senior officers and representatives from other security agencies.
