For every facet of life anywhere, there is always a cabal as its driving spirit, either success or failure. But in most instances, it is for failure.
Where successes are recorded, they are merely superficial. Such successes or achievements are fleeting but the real success or gain is in the pockets of certain cabals.
Therefore, Mr President has a gruelling fight against the cabals, holding Nigeria by the jugular, leading her to terrible asphyxiation. It will be a battle of total demolition in which all the champions of national destruction must suffer terrible humiliation and total annihilation. There must be no exemption in this patriotic mission of liquidating the cabal enemies of the nation.
In the economic realm, the cabals exist, determining who benefits from the prevailing exchange rate and the interest rate regimes. They are behind the permanence or the fluidity of commodities and pricing. They corner almost all import licences and hijack fertilisers meant for hapless farmers
But they are also the greatest tax evaders, denying the economy of internally generated revenue. Their stock in trade is smuggling, snuffing life out of the local industry.
Oil bunkering is their pastime as they line their pockets with the proceeds of the profane trade. They may also revel in drug trafficking with which they destroy lives and homes on one hand, and soil the image of the land before the comity of nations, on the other.
To cover their dubious path to prosperity, they channel the returns into what many think is legitimate trade, this is money laundering. But this is a practice that ruined a bank, as big as Bank of Credit and Commerce International, BCCI years ago in Nigeria. And down, went the career and dignity of many professionals.
The cabals are the ones who defile the innocence of childhood and the chastity of womanhood. They are the brains behind paedophilia, the masterminds of prostitution, making millions from women and child trafficking to come to dubious and sudden wealth.
Also, the cabals can sit on the benches of the hallowed courts of law, dispensing justice to the highest bidder. They don’t mind the weight of the crime of the offender since he can grease the palms of his Lordship. Where is justice where the cabals are the judges?
The cabals! They exist among the law enforcers operating as patrons of robbers both of the pen and at gunpoint. Once you reach out to them, you can “kill and go”, or when their own is involved, he is never brought before the law.
They get a cheap mention in the media as business moguls and as philanthropists. But beneath their shine are scum and rottenness. Kidnap rumours fly around them easily, and they are always the prime suspects in many money-making murders (or ritual killings).
Every violence, ethnic or political is traced to their doorstep. They are the grandfathers of the thugs and secret cults on campuses, just as they are the sponsors of many assassinations.
They could exist in the military too. Whenever martial music wafts through our airwaves, gripping us with the message to “Fellow countrymen,” the cabals have struck again via a coup d’etat to disrupt the smooth flow of governance. Never is their mission in the interest of the nation, but a return to the path of perdition.
These cabals in khaki conspire and collaborate with conscienceless and bloody civilians to cage the nation and her aspirations.
You may find them in the Lord’s vineyard too, calling to salvation. Salvation? In truth, they are shepherding for shaitan (devil) and leading men to eternal damnation, beckoning to hell fire.
Do not be carried away by their flowing cassocks or flying turbans.
They are the grandmasters of the secrets covens, pontificating on spiritual purity and holiness in the name of the Lord, saying they are sons and daughters of light But they are indeed agents of darkness and death.
Who are the movers and shakers of our society? Of course, many of them belong to certain cabals. The cabals are everywhere exploiting, killing, and revelling in their atrocities which have brought us this far in our path to freedom.
They are in the civil/public services also – either as Ministers and Commissioners, Permanent Secretaries, Directors-General, Chairmen, Managing or Executive Directors – or whatever leadership and strategic nomenclature.
These are the rascals Mr President and all men of goodwill must fight to a standstill to save the nation from their perfidy. Their trade is pushing the nation on the path of perdition and tragedy.
May God deliver us from these deadly cabals. Oh Allah, heal our land from the plot of these enemies who have inflicted so much pain on the citizens.
