The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) says it has placed an order for more cholera vaccines from donor agencies.
This is as the death toll from the outbreak hits 40 across the nation.
Director General of the agency, Jide Idris, however, said he could not ascertain the possible delivery date of more vaccines.
The agency earlier confirmed it had run out of cholera vaccines.
Meanwhile, suspected Cholera cases in Lagos have risen to 423 as the state recorded an additional six new infections as of Thursday, June 20.
The State Health Commissioner, Akin Abayomi, announced this via his official Instagram on Saturday morning.
This is coming, 24 hours after he announced an increase in the number of fatalities recorded from the disease rampaging the state.
Abayomi said on Friday, that the state recorded 24 deaths and 35 confirmed infections out of 417 suspected cases across 20 Local Government Areas.
The commissioner posted infographics, showing that cases were reported from Agege, Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Alimosho, Badagry, Epe, Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Mushin, Ikorodu, Ojo.

Others are Amuwo-Odofin, Apapa, Kosofe, Oshodi-Isolo, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos Island, Shomolu, Ifako-Ijaiye, Lagos Mainland and Surulere.
In his latest post, Mr Abayomi noted that the Emergency Operations Centre is actively engaged in contact tracing, community-based surveillance, awareness campaigns and sample testing.
In collaboration with relevant partners, the commissioner said healthcare personnel are ensuring that confirmed cholera cases receive appropriate medical treatment.
He advised residents to adhere strictly to personal and environmental hygiene.
Also in Ogun State, the government, on Frida, confirmed the outbreak of the disease.
Health Commissioner in the state, Tomi Coker, announced that cholera has claimed one life while five patients are receiving treatment against cholera.
He has directed school heads to ensure the good health and safety of all learners and staff.
This, he said, is to prevent the spread of the disease within school communities.
