A support group for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, BAT Ambassadors for Nigeria’s Greatness (BANG), has appealed to Nigerians to continue to pray and show understanding for the Federal Government’s programmes and policies.

The group made the appeal in a statement e-mailed to TheNewsZenith on Sunday in Lagos.

Our correspondent reports that the group issued the statement at the end of a strategic meeting held in Lagos by its national leadership and the state coordinators.

Chief Jamiu Ekungba, National Coordinator, of BANG said in the statement President Tinubu’s efforts to steer the ship of the Nigeria out of the brinks of collapse “is in the right direction”.

“We also acknowledge the pains that have resulted from the president’s well-intentioned efforts.

“BAT Ambassadors believe as Allah assures us in the Quran chapter 94 v5 that after pain comes ease.

“We, therefore, urge the nation to be hopeful, prayerful and patient with the president.
