Lagos, March 22, ’26 (TNZ) Sen. Idiat Adebule, representing Lagos West Senatorial District, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
TheNewsZenith reports that Adebule, in a goodwill message, commended the Muslim Ummah for their devotion, sacrifice, and commitment to spiritual renewal during Ramadan.
She described the fasting period as a time of deep reflection, self-discipline, compassion, and renewed faith in Allah.
The former Lagos State Deputy Governor urged Muslims to sustain the values of patience, humility, love, and generosity imbibed during Ramadan.
Adebule noted that such virtues are essential to building a peaceful and progressive society.
She also called on Nigerians to continue to promote unity, peaceful coexistence, and mutual respect, irrespective of religious or ethnic differences.
The senator noted that the spirit of Eid-el-Fitr should inspire hope, harmony, and a renewed commitment to national development.
She acknowledged the security and socio-economic challenges facing the nation, urging citizens not to lose hope.
