Tinubu assigns portfolios to 46 ministers

President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday, formally formed his cabinet as he assigned portfolios to his 46 ministers following their clearance by the National Assembly.

Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity,  made this known to journalists in Abuja.

The President named Wale Edun as the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Dele Alake as Minister of Solid Development and Festus Keyamo as the Minister of Aviation.

Tinubu also named immediate past governors of Rivers and Ebonyi states, Nyesom Wike and Dave Umahi as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and Works respectively,

1. Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy – Bosun Tuani

2. Minister of State, Environment and Ecological Management – Ishak Salako

3. Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy – Wale Edun

4. Minister of Marine and Blue Economy – Bunmi Tunji-Ojo

5. Minister of Power – Adebayo Adelabu

6. Minister of State, Health and Social Welfare – Tunji Alausa
