The Hague, Jan. 15, ’25 (Quds News Network) The International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor, Karim Khan, has asked judges to reject Israel’s appeal regarding the court’s investigation into the Gaza genocidal war.

The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported this on Tuesday.

Khan’s request followed Israel’s claim of a conflict of interest involving him.

He submitted his official response late Monday to Israel’s appeal on the court’s jurisdiction.

This appeal came after ICC judges issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

On May 20, 2024, Khan requested arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Gallant.
