In Lokoja: FRSC returns N3.2m to accident victim

The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Kogi State Command, on Tuesday, returned N3.2 million recovered from an accident scene to the victim’s family.

The victim, Mrs Beatrice Ehimare, was involved in a road accident along the Lokoja-Abuja road on Jan. 23.

The unit commander presented the cash to the victim’s son, David Ehimare.

Stephen Dawulung, the Kogi Sector Commander of FRSC, commended his officers for their diligence and patriotism.

“I wish to reiterate that it’s my Command’s resolve to continue to save lives and protect property.

“We will ensure these with the highest level of commitment, diligence and integrity for which the FRSC is known.

“We wish Mrs Beatrice a quick recovery from the injuries she sustained from the crash on Monday,” Dawulung said.
