The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has started distributing sensitive electoral materials to local councils in Lagos.
This is coming ahead of the general election starting on Saturday with the Presidential and National Assembly elections.
The distribution is being carried out under the watch of security agencies like the Army, Police and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps.
Other outfits involved are the Immigration Service, the Federal Road Safety Corps and the Department of Security Service (DSS).
The distribution is also being monitored by journalists, international and local observers as well as party officials.
